Rights deserve a clear route.

Astroza TV is a player and does not provide, index, or host channels or media libraries. This page explains how to report material involving Astroza itself or information stored through our service.

Before submitting

For a stream or catalog controlled by a third-party provider, contact that provider or its hosting service directly. Boumora Labs cannot remove media it does not host or control.

You may contact us if the report concerns the Astroza app, astrozatv.com, our branding, or a specific source reference stored through an Astroza service. We review complete, good-faith notices and may restrict access where appropriate and legally required.

What to include

Send a written notice containing:

  1. Your full name, organization if applicable, email address, and a reliable way to contact you.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work or other right you believe is affected.
  3. The exact Astroza URL, screen, device record, or other information that lets us identify the material at issue.
  4. An explanation of why you believe the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send the notice to support@astrozatv.com with the subject “Copyright notice for Astroza TV.”

Our response

We may ask for missing information, preserve relevant records, restrict or remove material under our control, notify the affected user where lawful, or forward the notice as needed to evaluate the report. We may reject a notice that is incomplete, materially inaccurate, abusive, or outside our control.

A person affected by a restriction may contact the same address with a good-faith response, supporting authorization, and the specific action they want reviewed. We will consider both submissions under applicable law.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a false or misleading infringement notice can have legal consequences. Consider obtaining independent legal advice if you are unsure whether a use is authorized, licensed, or protected by an exception.

Other unlawful material

For a report about malware, impersonation, privacy harm, or other unlawful activity involving an Astroza-controlled surface, email support@astrozatv.com with a precise description and supporting links. Do not send provider passwords, private playlist credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
