By installing, accessing, or using Astroza TV, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Astroza for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. A parent or guardian must approve use by anyone who cannot agree independently.

You may connect Astroza to an M3U or Xtream-compatible source you obtain separately. Astroza is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for third-party providers merely because their technical format works with the player.

Subject to these Terms, Boumora Labs grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Astroza on compatible devices for lawful, non-commercial viewing.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, or use Astroza to build or operate a competing service, except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or open-source license terms expressly allow the activity.

You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining lawful permission to access and play every source you add.
• Following your provider’s terms, geographic limits, and account rules.
• Keeping Device Keys, provider credentials, and connected devices secure.
• The accuracy of configuration and information you submit.
• Any network, provider, data, or device charges related to your use.

Do not use Astroza to access, reproduce, stream, distribute, or facilitate content that infringes copyright, violates privacy, is unlawful, or you are not authorized to use. Do not share, sell, or publicly expose access credentials through Astroza.

Providers, playlists, streams, trailers, devices, app stores, and internet services are controlled by third parties. Their availability, content, quality, legality, security, and privacy practices are outside Boumora Labs’ control. A compatible integration does not amount to endorsement.

Third-party services may change or stop working. You remain bound by any separate agreement with the third party, and Astroza cannot resolve a provider subscription, outage, billing issue, or content dispute for you.

The setup portal lets you pair a device and manage configuration. Treat a Device Key and active browser session as sensitive. You are responsible for activity carried out through your paired device or session unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

We may rotate credentials, limit requests, end sessions, or block access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. Contact support@astrozatv.com if you believe a device or session has been compromised.

Astroza is currently preparing for public release. Features, compatibility, and availability may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the service; introduce reasonable limits; or release security updates. We will provide notice where required by law.

You are responsible for installing official updates and using only builds distributed through an official Astroza listing or a download explicitly published by Boumora Labs on astrozatv.com.

Astroza, its interface, software, brand, graphics, and documentation are owned by Boumora Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Third-party names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners. Reports about material on Astroza can be submitted through our Copyright & Takedown page.

You may stop using Astroza at any time and request deletion of eligible server-side device data. We may suspend or terminate access when you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or abuse the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and responsibility for prior use—will continue to apply.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Astroza is provided “as is” and “as available.” Boumora Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted playback, compatibility with every provider or device, continuous availability, or the accuracy, quality, legality, or availability of third-party content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boumora Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities; or harm caused by a third-party provider, source, stream, network, or device.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid Boumora Labs for Astroza during the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Applicable law governs these Terms without depriving you of mandatory protections available in your place of residence. Before bringing a formal dispute, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of Astroza, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms. The revision date appears at the top, and we will give additional notice of material changes when required. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
