Before you write

Pairing code expired?

Return to Astroza TV, request a fresh code, and enter it promptly at the setup portal.

Source will not connect?

Check the URL, username, and password with your provider. Astroza cannot reset or repair provider accounts.

Changed device or app data?

Clearing app storage can create a new device identity. Pair the screen again before managing its playlists.

Already have a pairing code? Go directly to the secure setup portal.

You can email support@astrozatv.com directly or use the form. Never include an M3U URL, Xtream password, privacy passkey, or other provider credential in a support message.
